What terms apply to this promotion?

OpenAI's Terms of Use apply, along with the following:

  • The offer is for a temporary increase to your ChatGPT rate limits for a fixed period of up to 7 consecutive calendar days starting on the date you make ChatGPT Atlas your default browser, as long as you keep it as your default for the promotional period.
  • The increase only applies to your use of ChatGPT services within ChatGPT Atlas, and not on other surfaces, such as chatgpt.com.
  • The promotion is intended only for the logged-in account and may not be duplicated, transferred, or sold.
  • The offer is subject to availability, may be time-limited, and may be revoked, suspended, or modified by OpenAI at any time, including for suspected misuse or abuse.
  • The increased rate limits may vary depending on product tier, account history, or technical capacity.
  • Additional rules may apply based on your country and other factors.

Who is eligible for this promotion?

This promotion is available to:

  • ChatGPT free, Pro, Plus, and Go users (where applicable) who have not previously participated in this specific Atlas promotion.
  • Users who set ChatGPT Atlas as their default browser during the promotional period, and maintain that status.

What happens after the promotional period ends?

After 7 days, your account will automatically return to its standard rate limits. If you wish to maintain higher limits, you may explore ChatGPT Plus or other paid plans where available. There is no automatic billing or subscription triggered by this promotion.

Can I share or transfer this offer?

No. The offer is intended for the logged-in account holder who receives it and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, credits, or other benefits. Attempts to do so may result in cancellation of the offer and/or account actions.

Can OpenAI revoke the offer?

Yes. OpenAI reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate this promotion or your participation if we suspect fraud, abuse, non-compliance with terms, or if required by law or system constraints.
